Description
Acorn-fed Iberian loin 100% Iberian breed in a perfect state of curing and maturation. It is seasoned with paprika to enhance the flavor of one of the noblest parts of pork. When cut, it presents veins of infiltrated fat, derived from its quality and origin, which melts on the palate to provide juiciness. Conservation
We advise that it be kept in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Consume preferably within 6 months from the date of issue, always maintaining the storage conditions. Once opened, consume within 15 days.
Consumption
Vacuum packed products. Before consuming the product, we recommend that you leave the container at room temperature for about 20 minutes. If this is not possible, you can run the envelope through the tap with hot water for half a minute. We recommend not consuming the product cold, so as not to lose its organoleptic qualities. Once we have the ideal temperature, open the container and place the slices on the plate ... And enjoy!
