50% Iberian Cebo Shoulder, with a unique and delicate flavor, slightly salty with a characteristic pleasant aroma. Product made with the forelimb of adult pigs subjected to the corresponding salting and curing-maturing process. Breed: 50% Iberian Food: Compound feed

Conservation
We advise that it be kept in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Consume preferably within 6 months from the date of issue, always maintaining the storage conditions. Once opened, consume within 15 days.
Consumption
Vacuum packed products. Before consuming the product, we recommend that you leave the container at room temperature for about 20 minutes. If this is not possible, you can run the envelope through the tap with hot water for half a minute. We recommend not consuming the product cold, so as not to lose its organoleptic qualities. Once we have the ideal temperature, open the container and place the slices on the plate ... And enjoy!
