Anabel Ibéricos is the continuation of a family business that has been offering top quality products to its customers for more than 30 years. Our family tradition begins with Manuel and Mª Anabel, our parents, who were the ones who opened the doors of Cárnicas Manolo and thanks to their work and constant dedication, continue to keep them open.
Anabel Ibéricos is the gift of some daughters, Tamara and Sandra, to their mother Anabel, the lesser-known face of the company, the person who, “from the shadow”, continues to maintain tradition and quality in all its products.
